Our grandfathers used to ate bark breads which they did because they where poor, but it was also very healthy. They ate everything in their home village where they knew everyone very well. They also knew that they got the same food every week, in regular times of the day. When he sun was about to o up, they ate breakfast. When he sun was right on the top, they ate lunch. The dinner was served by their wives in the sunset.

If we travel back even more in the history, we can watch our ancestors eating meat meals and wheat meals. They didn't ate bread with beef. They used to eat bread with nothing, just bread, and when the meat was delivered from a successful hunting mission in the forest, people put it on the fire and ate only meat. No mixing.

This is what we humans are created for, to eat food that is natural, fresh, regular and that comes from producers that we know of. It will do our organs a favor while it reduce stress at the same time.

But look at the reality today. People eat junk food on irregular times, injected with chemicals and sugar that makes you an addict to the specific product, and it comes from different places. This lifestyle can be good if you want to enjoy some false 'freedom' in our 1984 society and it also saves some time.

You might not like to go back to the Stone Age but just eat healthier and feel better. You can start doing it today. Buy cheap breads with a low rate of sugar (sugar makes you hungry faster), put some butter on them and some cheese. Take a reasonable volume (4-8) with you to your work. The whole process may take up to three minutes but it's mostly faster than if you would go to a restaurant such as Burger King or McDonalds and wait 10 minutes in the line. Now you don't have to visit a stressful restaurant.

If you still get problems now then it's probably because you didn't put the breads in a fridge. Try to do that if your company has one.


Now, we know how to preventing hurting stomachs, but how do we handle it?

Well, buy some trusted medicals that other people put trust in. You can always test some home-treatments such as drinking vinegar with water, which will kill bacteria’s. Another good home-tretment is mixing water with potato powder. That will stabilize your stomach very fast.

The next step won’t be achieved if you follow this guide correctly. If it happens then just call a doctor if it's serious or wait until you get better by yourself. It's not a second too late to try medicines and treatments.
